LENDERS’ TECHNICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL & SOCIAL ADVISOR FOR THE NGOULMENDJIM HYDROPOWER PROJECT IN GABON

ENERGY FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS (PESR.2)
- The African Development Bank hereby invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in the following Assignment : Ngoulmendjim Hydropower Project in Gabon – Lenders’ Technical and Environmental & Social Advisor ;
- The assignment consists in conducting technical and environmental & social due diligence for the group of lenders considering the financing of the Ngoulmendjim Hydropower Project (82 MW) in Gabon developed as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) ;
- The Energy Financial Solutions division invites Consulting Firms to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested eligible Consulting Firms or associations of Consulting Firms shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to provide the services. The Expressions of Interest should not be more than ten (10) pages ;
- Please, note that interest expressed by a Consulting Firm does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include it in the shortlist ;
- The above-mentioned services are expected to start in December 2021 / January 2022 ;
- Interested Firms may obtain further information at the addresses below during the Bank’s working hours: from 09:00 to 17:00 hours (Abidjan time) ;
- Expressions of interest must be received at the address below no later than Wednesday, 3rd November 2021 at 17h00 GMT and specifically mentioning Ngoulmendjim Hydropower Project (82 MW) in Gabon – Lenders’ Technical and Environmental & Social Advisor.
