- This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online P-LS-KF0-003 of 21 December 2017 on-line and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website ;
- The Government of Lesotho has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Lesotho Tax Modernisation Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for Procurement of Software for Lesotho Tax Modernisation Project ;
- The Lesotho Revenue Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of Software Licenses and Support for E Taxation and Business Intelligence and Data warehouse.

- A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M500.00 ;
- The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document: Procurement of Goods ;
- Sealed Bids clearly marked Procurement of Software Licenses and Support for E taxation and Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse must be delivered to the SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER Ground Floor, Finance House, Government Office Complex, phase III, Corner. Kingsway Road and Old High court Rd, Maseru, Office Number 0013 on or before 11h00 Local time on 21st July 2020 and must be accompanied by a bid security (Unconditional Bank Guarantee) of LSL 300,000.00 with a bid validity period of 120 days from submission date ;
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 11h10 local time on the 21st July 2020 at the Ground Floor, Finance House, Government Office Complex, phase III, Corner. Kingsway Road and Old High court Rd, Maseru, Office Number 0013.
