The AFROSAI-E has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the African Financial Integrity and Accountability Support Project (AFIAP) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for an Information Systems Management Resident Trainer.
The services included under this project are as follows: to develop and deliver customised training programmes based on training needs assessments, update training materials, provide coaching and mentoring, evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes, and provide technical support to IS audit and IS management professionals.
The AFROSAI-E now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff – curriculum vitae, etc.).
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s “Procurement Framework for Bank Group Funded Operations” dated 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at: https://www.afdb.org/en/projects-and-operations/procurement/new-procurement-policy.
A Consultant will be selected under the Individual Consultant method.
