1. The African Development Bank hereby invites individual consultant to indicate their interest in the following Assignment: External Peer Review of 2021 Project Completion Report validation Notes (PCRENs) ;

2. The services to be provided under the Assignment include :

 Critically assess the quality and evidence base of the content of 10 draft PCREN in particular, the findings, conclusions, lessons and recommendations.

 Provide written comments and suggestions for the revision of each of the 10 draft PCRENs.

1. The Independent Development Evaluation (IDEV) invites individual consultant to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested eligible individual consultant shall provide information on their relevant qualifications, experience and capacity demonstrating their ability to provide the services (documentation, references for similar services, experience in comparable assignments, etc.), and on daily fee ;
2. The eligibility criteria, the establishment of a short list and the selection procedure shall be in conformity with the Bank’s Procurement Policy Framework for projects financed by the Bank Group, October 2015 Edition, available on the Bank Website at http://www.afdb.org. Please, note that interest expressed by an individual consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include him in the shortlist ;
3. The estimated duration of services is up to twenty days and the estimated starting date is November 2, 2021 ;
4. Interested Individual Consultant may obtain further information at the address below during the Bank’s working hours: 09:00 to 17:00 hours (Abidjan time) ;
5. Expressions of interest must be received at the address below no later than 29 October 2021 at 17:00 hours local (Abidjan) time and specifically mentioning “External Peer Review of 2021 Project Completion Report validation Notes.
