PROCUREMENT NOTICE: RFQ/UNDP/NAPs Awareness/2019/038

Dear Sir / Madam:   

We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Developing and hosting and maintaining of Climate Changes Awareness Messages for a period of one year as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.  When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. UNDP General Terms & Conditions are at Annex 3.

Quotations may be submitted on or before 12:00 PM Liberia local time on Wednesday

4th September 2019 and via:☑E-mail: bids.lr@undp.org And subject : RFQ/UNDP/NAPs Awareness/2019/038. 

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 2MB, virus-free and no more than 3 E-mail transmissions.  They must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected.  Note: This requests is not for erecting of Boards, but rather hosting Awareness messages on already existing boards identified in selected locations.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline Wednesday 4th  September  2019 Quotations that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.  If you are submitting your quotation by e-mail, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
