We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Catering services and Hall Rental for a total of 214 participants back to back as follows: Please see below dates and attached your menu.
- 69 participants for two weeks (August 26-30, 34 pax & September 2-6, 35 pax)
- 76 participants for two weeks (October 14-18, 38 pax & October 21-25, 38 pax)
as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ.
When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.

Quotations may be submitted on Tuesday 13 August 2019, on or before 12:00 noon Liberia local time
and via (choose appropriate box).
