Project ID No.: P-SC-K00- 021

The Government of Seychelles has received financing from the African Development Bank, Middle Income Country Technical Assistance Fund toward the cost of implementation of an Aid Management Information System and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the services of a consulting firm that will facilitate the acquisition and installation of an Off-the Shelf Aid Management package that will support re-engineered, preferably, web-based aid management processes, develop user guidelines and training procedure manuals as well as undertake staff training on the use of the new system.

The objective of this consultancy is to strengthen the government’s aid management function through the introduction of a versatile aid management system (AIMS) within the Ministry of Finance, Economic Planning and Trade (MoFEPT) for improved macroeconomic management in the country.
