The Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture (RUFORUM), has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Sharing Innovations and Experiences from Korea for Higher Education Transformation in Africa (SIKET) and intends to use part of the agreed amount of this grant for payment under a contract for carrying out literature study on Korea model and contribution of Universities
RUFORUM now invites two individual consultants (preferably one from Korea and the other from Africa familiar with Korean and African development model and contribution of Universities) to express interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified and experienced to perform the services
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations approved in October 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
