This addendum follows the Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the above project that appeared in the United Nations Development Business online Ref. AfDB1410-10/19 on 14 October 2019 and on the African Development Bank’s Internet Website (https://www.afdb.org) on 14 October 2019 for procurement of “Design, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of “PUMA2015 and MESA E-Station (Updated PUMA 2015 and MESA)”.
Amendment No. 1 – Extension of Bid Submission Deadline
Change of Bid Closing date (ITB 22.1 and 25.1 of Bid Data Sheets, page 34 of the Bidding document).
The Bid Closing and Bid Opening dates are re-scheduled as follow : Bids must be delivered to the below physically office on or before 11:30 AM Cameroon local time, on December 3rd, 2019 :
Satellite and Weather Information for Disaster Resilience in Central Africa project (SAWIDRA-AC)/ECCAS, located at CAPC-AC Centre, Bonanjo Quarter near Ex Mairie Douala 1er and la Clinique MOUNA (Annexe), Road 1091, Douala- Cameroon.
Bids will be opened in AM Cameroon Time on the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attendant at 11:45 December 3rd, 2019 at the address of deposit mentioned bellow.
All other terms and conditions of the bid remain unchanged.
