Overview :
Background :
- Part of Denmark’s focus on South-South Cooperation is to enable coherent cooperation between China and countries in Africa. As part of this process, UNDP China has been funded by Denmark to develop a project titled ‘China-Ghana South-South Cooperation on Renewable Energy Technology Transfer’.� The project is a collaboration between the Energy Commission in Ghana, the Ministry of Science and Technology in China together with the UNDP Country Offices in Accra and Beijing ;
- Scope of work.
The request for quotation(RFQ) is divided into Lots A-E. Each Lot is for a different location where the equipment would be installed. They are :
Lot A. Equipment purchase sheet for B-BOVID Palm Oil Mill Effluent Facility ;
Lot B. Equipment purchase sheet for B-BOVID Livestock Section ;
Lot C. Equipment purchase sheet for Shamo Piggery ;
Lot. D Equipment purchase sheet for University of Ghana Farms ;
Lot E. Individual systems for trials in selected schools, Government institutions as replacement for Septic Tanks.

Bid submission instruction :
- Strictly follow the instructions indicated in the Quotation Submission Form uploaded hereto.
Documents required :
The quotation submission must be prepared as per the prescribed standard format indicated in the respective Quotation Submission Form.The Quotation shall be submitted before its deadline on October 16, 2018 via UNDP Ghana Secured mail address : bids.gh@undp.org
- Quotation must be in pdf under file name: UNDP-GHA-2018-202-RFQ – [insert Name]
Please note that these proposals shall be submitted to the designated secured email into two files but in one email unless both Files are Greater than 9MB file size
