THE PROVISION OF E1 TELEPHONE LINE AT THE UN HOUSE ABUJA
The United Nations Development Programme on behalf of United Nations Agencies in Nigeria is seeking for qualified company to provide E1 Telephone line to UN House in Abuja at the following address as per the attached Annex I (Technical Specifications)

Annex I – TECHNICAL SPECIFIATIONS “E1 Telephone Lines for UN House, Plot 617/618, Diplomatic Zone, Central Area, Abuja Nigeria”
1. Objective
The objective of this procurement process is to identify and contract a vendor to offer E1 Telephone lines/services to the United Nations Agencies in Abuja for a period of 1 year with the following details:
- 30 Blocks or Channels
- 30 Number’s DID’s to be used on the E1 PRI.
- Integration to Cisco IP Telephony
Installation Address:
UN House,
Plot 617/618, Diplomatic Zone,
Central Area, Abuja
Site Survey:
All bidders are required to visit the site/installation address stated above and do the necessary site survey before sending quotation. Please note that the cost of conducting site survey shall be borne by the bidder. As this is a competitive process, conducting site survey is not a financial obligation and it is not a contract by UNDP to the bidders. UNDP shall not refund any fee to the non- successful bidder for site survey conducted.
2. Period of Engagement and performance
- The services will be offered for 1-year period
- A mandatory 2 weeks “testing period” in location required shall be included and no payment shall be made for “testing period”.
3. Scope of services
- 30 Blocks or Channels.
- 30 Number’s DID’s to be used on the E1 PRI
- Integration to Cisco IP Telephony
