Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is for the providing of gasoline and diesel fuel to the US Embassy in N’Djamena, Chad. The estimated number of liters per year for gasoline is 200,000 and the estimated number of liters per year for diesel fuel is 500,000. Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four twelve-month option periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via the FedBizOpps. Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date; please see the RFP for the actual date.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
