Responsibilities :
- Ownership of several operational processes such as loyalty cards orders fulfillment and other customer experience related processes ;
- Coordinate daily operational processes by interacting with Key Account Managers and Partners ;
- Organize company documents, complete expense reports and similar administrative tasks ;
- Prepare monthly reports ;
- Manage office supplies orders and contracts with office supply vendors ;
- Provide administrative support.
What we expect :
- Willingness to work in a fast paced agile work environment where you need to be proactive and independent ;
- Ability to prioritize among many tasks and proactive approach to problem-solving ;
- High level of responsibility and attention to details ;
- Great written and verbal communication skills ;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Excel PowerPoint and also Google Docs applications ;
- University degree or a student ;
- Fluent in written and spoken Latvian and English.
