Amiri Flight is currently looking for Crew Planning Officer
Responsible for the production and updating of Flight Deck Crew and Cabin Crew rosters based on available manpower as well as with the Company policies and QCAA regulations. To be taken into consideration are: training, licenses, leave, qualifications, standby coverage, cost, fairness and consistency in allocation of duties, etc. Create multidimensional innovative solutions in order to overcome manpower constraints. Ensure FTL reports are updated and communicated to management and all roster relevant data is entered into systems used.
Crew Planning Officer shall be responsible for communication with operational Flight Deck Crew and Cabin Crew to ensure awareness of duties. Answer questions and guiding aircrew regarding rosters. Reviewing and responding professionally to feedback from all management and Crew.
Qualification & Experience
- High School/ College/University ideally
- Current experience of crew rostering
- 3-5 years of work experience in a similar profile within an Airline
- Professionally equipped with crew planning tools (AIMS, ARMS, or any other crewing systems), CAP-371 and EASA rules
- Experience of planning, roster disruption handling and engaging a multi-cultural workforce is very much needed in this role
