We are building a small dedicated and entrepreneurial team to become a leading organization with a focus on capacity building and startups in the field of technology. We are ambitious and are looking for a hard working, out-of-the-box thinker and entrepreneurial mindset ready to take ownership and help us to grow the organization. You will be working closely together with our founder
What you will be working on:
- Co-creation of a strategy for the next years to come
- Drafting proposals for programs in the field of capacity building in digital in Africa
- Fundraising to acquire support from the international donor community
- Hiring of a team according to the strategy and programs
- Representing Ampion at local and international events
- Managing operational aspects of the organization including Finance, annual reports and board management
What we are looking for:
- We are looking for a self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset, who has initiated or led programs or projects in the past
- At least 4-5 years experience in international development, ideally at a consulting firm or a technology company
- You are a networking genius and have successfully drafted proposals that led to 6-digit funding for programs in technology education in Africa
- You have successfully led a team in the past and you know how to motivate, inspire and grow teams
- You love technology and know the difference between an incubator and an accelerator and a security and a utility token
- You are ideally fluent in English, French and German. Other languages are a plus.
