Description :

Telecommunications Director is responsible for the strategic planning and design of an organization’s telecommunications systems. Works with other members of the IS staff to ensure that telecommunications solutions meet company needs. Being a Telecommunications Director may use voice, data, video, or other systems as needed.

Additionally, Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.

Key Tasks :

Key activities and responsibilities :

  • Telco architecture understanding ;
  • Ability to understand Telco HLD and LLD ;
  • Planning, Resource, P&L management ;
  • Full-Service delivery knowledge ;
  • Ability to prioritize and make a decision ;
  • Full understanding of telco E2E integration delivery process ;
  • Capability to work with Solution Architects, Delivery operations and all experts involved in the project ;
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles ;
  • Knowledge of developments tools and environments ;
  • Autonomous ;
  • Should be aware of telco high requirement latency, real-time process, call context management, concurrent access, interoperability, etc ;
  • Integration experience ;
  • Leadership coordination E2E service integration.

  • Able to work autonomously with confidence and successfully manage his/her time and priorities ;
  • Strong communication skills and confident in presenting to clients ;

  • Able to work well under short timelines ;
  • Able to build and maintain a combination of domain knowledge and process excellence ;
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in oral and written English is mandatory.
