Description :
Telecommunications Director is responsible for the strategic planning and design of an organization’s telecommunications systems. Works with other members of the IS staff to ensure that telecommunications solutions meet company needs. Being a Telecommunications Director may use voice, data, video, or other systems as needed.
Additionally, Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
Key Tasks :
Key activities and responsibilities :
- Telco architecture understanding ;
- Ability to understand Telco HLD and LLD ;
- Planning, Resource, P&L management ;
- Full-Service delivery knowledge ;
- Ability to prioritize and make a decision ;
- Full understanding of telco E2E integration delivery process ;
- Capability to work with Solution Architects, Delivery operations and all experts involved in the project ;
- Knowledge of DevOps principles ;
- Knowledge of developments tools and environments ;
- Autonomous ;
- Should be aware of telco high requirement latency, real-time process, call context management, concurrent access, interoperability, etc ;
- Integration experience ;
- Leadership coordination E2E service integration.
