Activities description :

Customer focus :

  • Responsible for developing the proposition that meets the customer’s requirements, differentiates Atos and satisfies our internal requirements, subject to guidance by the Deal Maker and in correspondence to the Win strategy ;
  • Ensure the proposition is both completed and consistent for the customer ;
  • Maintain relationship with Customer and any third party advisors on the process.

Bid operations :

  • Determine and organize the resources that make up the (extended) bid team as required to deliver the proposition ;
  • Prepares plan and budget, organizes and monitors the process to deliver the proposition ;
  • Ensures development of high-quality proposal and presentation to the customer.

People management :

  • Manages the team in a way that everyone can fulfill his/her role and contributes in an optimal way ;
  • Flexibly responds to the situation at hand and provides necessary guidance to the team ;
  • Demonstrates leadership to the team and provides direction concerning the content of the proposition.

Internal governance :

  • Manages relationships with and communication to internal stakeholders together with the Deal Maker ;
  • Organizes Win Workshops as appropriate to the bid and ensures follow-up of the outcomes ;
  • Ensures timely and proper preparation of Rainbow reviews and coordinates the team in the reviews ;
  • Understands the implications of the bid for future Delivery and acts accordingly in the development of the proposition.

Commercial outcomes :

  • Won deals and win rate contribution ;
  • Efficient deployment of bid team resources ;
  • Contribution to relationship development with the customer.

Key strengths :

  • Obtaining recognition as leader internally and from the customer ;
  • Shaping a proposition that truly differentiates in responding to the customer’s real requirements ;
  • High degree of flexibility in dealing with customer (& third party consultant).
