Key Responsibilities :
- Develops and implements sales strategies, tools and processes in line with overall DHL guidelines ;
- Drives the country market growth and customer retention ;
- Reviews and advises on pricing, product mix, and brand portfolio policies ;
- Supports customer strategies, contract negotiations and supply chain management strategy ;
- Defines improvement areas based on pipeline reporting in collaboration with commercial effectiveness ;
- Analyses the value of key technologies and industry development and identifies change needs within the sales function ;
- Reviews and monitors sales performance periodically and refines sales strategies as required in discussion within the regions ;
- Develops and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth ;
- Acts to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing) ;
- Monitors performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for SMT ;
- Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share ;
- Develops and oversees the yearly commercial budget ;
- Monitors and controls the commercial budget on a monthly basis ;
- Decides all major commercial projects within country ;
- Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) in line with business objectives.
