ExxonMobil recruits a Sales Advisor (Guangzhou)
Key responsabilities :
- Develop business plans to profitably grow the business ;
- Own & steward all customer, distributor, channel relationship and account for the assigned sector/territory ;
- Manage sales pipeline health and performance (execution review, coaching) ;
- Execute marketing offers to maximize revenue generation ;
- Execute sales initiatives and priorities consistent with business plans and objectives ;
- Decide tactical customer and channel (distributor, channel partner, etc) price ;
- Manages commercial risk (e.g. deal evaluation, contract negotiation, execution) ;
- Collect and act on market and competitive intelligence ;
- Develop sales force capability of sales partners such as distributors in the effective implementation of marketing programs and sales initiatives ;
- Steward credit performance of customers ;
- Take responsibility for maintaining our License to Operate, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies related to Safety, Health, Environment, Security and Business Controls .
Required skills and knowledge :
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or business ;
- Good command of spoken/written English ;
- Self-motivated, strong initiative and a desire to succeed ;
- Customer back focus mindset ;
- Fresh graduates will be considered ;
- More than 2 years of experience in equipment builder, technical sales or automobile and related industries a plus ;
- Good sense of business ethics .
