Key responsabilities :

  • Develop business plans to profitably grow the business  ;
  • Own & steward all customer, distributor, channel relationship and account for the assigned sector/territory ;
  • Manage sales pipeline health and performance (execution review, coaching) ;
  • Execute marketing offers to maximize revenue generation ;
  • Execute sales initiatives and priorities consistent with business plans and objectives ;
  • Decide tactical customer and channel (distributor, channel partner, etc) price ;
  • Manages commercial risk (e.g. deal evaluation, contract negotiation, execution) ;
  • Collect and act on market and competitive intelligence ;
  • Develop sales force capability of sales partners such as distributors in the effective implementation of marketing programs and sales initiatives ;
  • Steward credit performance of customers ;
  • Take responsibility for maintaining our License to Operate, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies related to Safety, Health, Environment, Security and Business Controls .

Required skills and knowledge :

  • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or business ;
  • Good command of spoken/written English ;
  • Self-motivated, strong initiative and a desire to succeed ;
  • Customer back focus mindset ;
  • Fresh graduates will be considered ;
  • More than 2 years of experience in equipment builder, technical sales or automobile and related industries a plus ;
  • Good sense of business ethics .
