Job Role Responsibilities :
- Drives regional deployment of Sales Excellence initiatives ;
- Responsible for Customer Portfolio optimization (demand / value rebalancing) ;
- Coordinates customer data for demand forecast; liaison with tactical coordinator on supply / demand balances; coordinates spot opportunities ;
- Generates rolling demand forecast for planning initiatives (e.g. GST, contracting plan) ;
- Provides input to Regional Marketing Development strategies and activities, including evaluation of market opportunity, customer insights, potential industries/customers, projected growth ;
- Manages regional channel model, as it pertains to distributors and alliances ;
- Responsible for regional Sales Excellence improvement and advice to Sales ;
- Participate in global network of B&S Sales Excellence Advisors to share best practices and ensure global alignment ;
- Support regional project / strategy work with a clear tie to Sales Enablement ;
- Responsible for identification of new tools required for improved channel or EM sales personnel performance ;
- Coordinate regional annual contracting plan ;
- Participate in Regional LT meeting (quarterly) .
Expected Level of Proficiency :
- Degree in Engineering from a leading institution with more than 6 years’ working experience in high value B2B sales ;
- Prior experience in petroleum additives or specialty chemicals business preferred ;
- Strong knowledge of consumer research methodologies, analytics, marketing and strategy ;
- Has good interpersonal skills, drive and resourceful with sound business judgement ;
- Has ethical values an ability to work within safety, ethics and operation integrity requirements .
