ExxonMobil seeks to recruit Procurement Contract Administrator (12 months contract)/ (Cantonese) – Bangkok, Thailande
Job Role Responsibilities :
- Support Marketing Team to monitoring annual program budgeting
- Support Sales & Marketing in implementation of the procurement process
- Communication with external parties and relationship management
- Providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing program execution as appropriate
- Coordinator across functional work with Sales Reps, Marketing, Payables, Procurement and other functions.
Required Skills and Knowledge :
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business management, Economics, Finance, Communication Art, Engineering and related fields.
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Strong academic background
- Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+ (both speaking and writing skills)
- Proficiency in MS office
- Great problem solving Skills
- Good at analytical Skills are required
- Cantonese speaker would be advantage
