Context :

ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor – Sierra Leone. The incumbent will be responsible to S/He will provide technical advice and support to ICAP Program teams, the National AIDS Control Program (NACP) and other agencies/departments/programs of the Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) on monitoring and evaluation of related programs and their outcomes in Sierra Leone.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor position by July 2020.

The successful candidate will hold an Advanced degree (Doctorate/Master’s) in Statistics, Population Studies, Public Health or Social Science (or equivalent) and a minimum ten years of relevant Monitoring and Evaluation experience and also Research and Evaluation experience, including the ability to analyze research and evaluation findings and other information for the benefit of practitioners in health development, particularly in the HIV/AIDS sector.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working on a strong commitment to HIV/AIDS, NGO activities in Sierra Leone, and a strong interest in and understanding of relevant issues.

Also must have Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of donor environment, donor relations, and donor M&E and reporting systems.
