Island Air in US is currently looking for Dash8Q400 Non Type Rated First Officers to join the company in Hawaii.
Minimum requirements:
- 1500 hours Total Fixed Wing Flight Time
- 500 hours Cross Country Flight Time
- 100 hours night flight time
- 50 hours Multi Engine Time
- 75 hours instrument flight time (actual or simulate as specified in FAR 61.159 (a)(4)
- Airline Transport Rating (ATP) with a FAA Commercial Certificate and meet the requirements to obtain an FAA ATP Certificate
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Must possess authorization to work in the US
- Must be willing relocate and live in Hawaii
- Able to obtain and maintain Airport Operational Area (AOA) badging
- Acceptable clearance of FAA mandated drug test
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read and speak English language
- Knowledgeable of CRM
Preferred requirements:
- At least 100 hours logged in the preceding six months
- Current flying job
- 121/135 flight experience
- 4-year college degree
- Recommendations from Island Air pilots who can attest to applicant’s flying skills
