Jumia is hiring a Human Resources Support ( Open Ended) Dakar.About Jumia

Missions of the Human Resources Support :

Admin and compliance :

  • Ensures admin processes are running smoothly ;
  • Ensures Jumia Services works under established guidelines and controls.

Development :

  • Identifies needs, builds training plan and delivers appropriate trainings ;
  • Builds adapted hiring processes and tools for mass and single recruitments ;
  • Delivers people processes to ensure employee capabilities meet current and future standards ;
  • Drives the achievement of HR results by leveraging resources, developing performance standards and results in planning and monitoring.

Qualifications required :

  • Master degree in HR ;
  • Experience in Human Resources Management ;
  • Mastery of labour legislation ;
  • Some skills in Excel, Power Point, etc ;
  • English proficiency ;
    Minimum 3 years of experience .
