Malaria Consortium is recruiting for a Demand Creation Officer to join our team in Jigawa State.
To work with the project manager and team in providing technical support and direct implementation of GF malaria project activities with a focus on community engament and mobilisation; interpersonal communication and counselling for health and community based health workers; and other behavious change communication activities in the state.
The successful candidate will have :
- A degree in communication, social sciences, public health or another relevant specialty ;
- 3- 5 years exprience in similar role ;
- Excellent project health communication, planning, management, monitoring and evaluation skills ;
- Technical knowledge and skills in health communication ;
- Familiar with public health principles ;
- Familiar with monitoring and evaluation of community based health programmes ;
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills are also needed.
