Job description :
We are opening our 4th country Mali and therefore rapidly expanding our team and operations. We have systems to set up, reams of data to analyze, new products to introduce and a whole country to expand to. Your role is to jump into the heart of this and drive business-critical decisions and policies.
Expect to work as an internal consultant where you’ll :
- Able to learn & demonstrate knowledge of a policy/process such that is able to engage intelligently and provide a necessary challenge ;
- Work with key stakeholders to build the infrastructure (e.g. google sheets, g. forms, ticketing systems etc.) to execute an agreed policy/process ;
- Scope out and standardise verification/challenge (e.g. via. audits/reports) to key policies & process. Ensuring roles & responsibilities, data sanity etc ;
- Research proactively business problems and create models that help to analyze these problems ;
- Perform business analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms ;
- Perform data analysis with action-oriented recommendation
Job requirements :
- Familiarity with the business process. Critical ;
- Strong excel and analytical skills. Critical ;
- French-speaking. Critical ;
- English speaking, fluent. Critical ;
- Information quality assurance, data sanity ;
- Proactive and intellectually curious ;
- Problem-solving ;
- Background in analysis, audit & evaluation. Nice to have ;
