Description :

Tasks :
- Ensuring proper transportation of Plan personnel, visitors, material, goods and correspondence on an on-mission mission, in a safe and timely manner, and in compliance with Plan’s safe driving and road code policies ;
- Monitor vehicle maintenance needs according to mileage ;
- Track and report all service fuel expenditures ;
- Daily keep a consistent log book record (mileage, fueled, destinations, etc.) ;
- Prepare monthly reports of expenses and operation of the vehicle based on existing forms ;
- Forward expedient to the various entities and partners as well as suppliers ;
- Transport Plan’s personnel and others previously authorized by Plan ;
- Drive carefully taking into account defensive driving while respecting the defined speed limitations ;
- In coordination with the administration ensure that permits and manifestos, insurance are up to date.
Requirements:
- Mozambican Nationality ;
- Academic grade, 12th grade or equivalent ;
- Eight (8) years of experience in performing similar roles in NGOs is an advantage ;
- Hold a professional driving license with a minimum of 8 years of service ;
- Training or knowledge of mechanics will be an advantage ;
- Experience in performing logistical and programmatic tasks in the fieldwork is an advantage ;
- Knowledge of the English language is an advantage .
