Plan International seeks resumes for qualified experts for two anticipated USAID-funded projects: Youth Connect and Resilient Governance in Niger.
Experience working on US Government (USG) projects is strongly preferred. Anticipated positions include:
Gender Specialist: at least five (5) years of experience designing and implementing gender inclusive programming with diverse populations. BA required, MA preferred.
NB : All these positions are subject to grants acquisition.
