Recruitment of a Consultancy Firm in Planning and Management Events Center of the Technology Park
This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online AfDB797-12/13 of December 9th, 2013 on-line and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website.
The Government of the Republic of Cabo Verde has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Technology Park Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the “Recruitment of a Consultancy Firm in Planning and Management Events of the Technology Park.”
The UGPE – Unidade de Gestão de Projectos now invites eligible bidders to indicate their interest in providing a study of the national and international market of events in order to create tools that will provide a prudent and profitable planning and management of the ” Event Center ” to be built at the Technoloy Park of Cabo Verde, located in Achada Grande Frente, Cidade Praia, Republic of Cabo Verde.
The assignment is expected to take about 8 (eight) months to complete.
Interested Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document: Rules and Procedures for the Use of Consultants, dated May 2008 edition, revised July 2012 which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org
Interested eligible Consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours 08:00 to 12:30am /14:00 to 17:00pm, (Cabo Verde time).
Expressions of Interest must be delivered to the addresses indicated below by December 21st, 2018, and mention “Recruitment of a Consultancy Firm in Planning and Management Events Center of the Technology Park.”
