Responsabilities :
- Coordinate Center activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies ;
- Meeting & greeting clients/customers in a warm, friendly manner ;
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance ( Drivers, Security Guards, Cleaners) ;
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) ;
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment ;
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings ;
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary ;
- Act as primary liaison between the company, staff, and beneficiaries, providing information, answering questions, and responding to request ;
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary .
Job Specification Academic :
- Diploma required, preferably in Business Management, secretarial studies, business administration or related field.
Experience :
- 2 years in similar position ;
- Experience working in Conflict/Post Conflict Environments ;
- Excellent Writing Skills ;
- Fluent English and conversational Somali required ;
- Strong Networking skills .
Work related skills :
- Sensitive to information/GBV Issues ;
- Good organizational skills ;
- Good time management skills ;
- Strong communication skills, including ability to lead and manage remote ;
- Ability to work in harsh conditions ;
- Aggressive and Result Oriented ;
