airBaltic is looking for an e-Commerce Support Specialist to join our growing e-Commerce team in building the next-generation airBaltic.com. You will have the opportunity to solve real user problems; will work closely with airBaltic partners and team members from various departments on ensuring stable technical performance of airBaltic.com.

We will entrust you to

  • Monitor the performance of airBaltic.com
  • Detect, report and analyse issues in airBaltic.com performance; together with internal and external team members resolve these issues ensuring as quick fixes as possible
  • Help to create, publish and maintain user and search engine friendly content for airBaltic website, translate /coordinate content translations to all airBaltic website languages
  • Participate in the new functionality release sprints: suggest improvements, get involved in the requirements definition and feature prioritisation (backlog), test delivered functionalities prior to the release (UAT).
  • Support various airBaltic departments (Call Centre, Marketing, Revenue Management etc.) with information and system setup related to different airBaltic.com components

What You will need to succeed

  • Higher education can be a student, but must be able to work from 09:00 till 18:00 on business days
  • General understanding of how websites are built and are functioning
  • Fluent in Latvian and English (both writing and speaking)
  • Bonus points for: ○Knowledge of Amadeus DCS and/or Reservations Desktop applications ○ Proven experience in developing and delivering digital products and services ○ Fluency in any other language supported by airBaltic.com ○ Education in Philology or Communication Studies

  • High sense of responsibility of one’s domain, self-motivated and confident in making decisions
  • Ability to analyse information and set priorities, work under pressure, handle tough situations and still stay positive
  • Team player yet perfectly independent individual, experienced working with agile methods
