Smartlynx seeks to recruit a revenue accountant (temporary position for 1,5 years)
Job responsibilities:
- Daily communication with clients, invoicing according to the contracts, revenue controlling, billing compliance, reconciliation, control the execution of payment schedules;
- Maintenance of account groups, management and control of invoice accounts;
- Performing regular monthly closure procedures and reports;
- Performing different tasks within the Finance Department as well as participation in the audits;
- Cooperation with other departments
Requirements:
- Higher education in Accounting or Finances;
- Positive experience in Accounting at least 2 years and good understanding of accounting basics;
- Use Latvian and English language on a daily basis (Russian language skills will be considered as an advantage);
- Personal qualities – high sense of responsibility, initiative, speed, accuracy and stress resistance;
- Excellent MS Excel skills, proficiency in MS Office programs (previous experience with Axapta or Navision will be considered as an advantage)
