Tecno Mobile recrute un Assistant Administrative – N’Djamena

TRANSSION HOLDINGS, the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM LIMITED, established in July 2006, is a high-tech company specializing in the R&D, production, sale and service of mobile communication products. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
  • Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
  • Coordinating building and maintenance issue for general repair
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Book meeting rooms as required

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Administration/Logistics or related field.
  • At least one year work experience in related field.
  • Familiar with reception service etiquette standards.
  • Logistic knowledge will be a plus.

 

Capabilities and Skills :

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Hardworking and motivated
  • Multi-tasking
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Good analyzing skills
