TRANSSION HOLDINGS, the company formerly known as TECNO TELECOM LIMITED, established in July 2006, is a high-tech company specializing in the R&D, production, sale and service of mobile communication products. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant
Key Accountabilities:
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
- Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
- Coordinating building and maintenance issue for general repair
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Book meeting rooms as required
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Administration/Logistics or related field.
- At least one year work experience in related field.
- Familiar with reception service etiquette standards.
- Logistic knowledge will be a plus.
Capabilities and Skills :
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Hardworking and motivated
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Good analyzing skills
