Virgin Australia is currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Guest Services Agents at our Brisbane airport.

As a Virgin Australia Guest Service Agent, you will be a brand ambassador. Our team are passionate and collaborative professionals with a dedication for excellence in customer service. You will be dedicated to creating a unique and rewarding experience for our guests in every situation.


Our Guest Service Agents :

  • Ensure superior safety and service procedures are maintained ;
  • Provide highly polished and professional customer service at our airport terminals ;
  • Greet our guests with a smile and direct them as they arrive to the airport ;
  • Assist guests with the check-in process, rebooking flights, and handling flight disruptions and cancellations ;
  • Keep our guests up to date on their flight status through boarding gate announcements ;
  • Assist with boarding and disembarking our guests – ensuring a memorable and quality experience ;
  • Assist special needs guests ;
  • Communicate with and work alongside fellow ground and cabin crew who love their role as much as you!


To Apply You Will ;

  • Be 18 years of age or over ;
  • Have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency ;
  • Have Recent face to face experience in a customer service environment ;
  • Have completed secondary education ;
  • Have competency in written and spoken English – Bilingual communication will be highly regarded ;
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills ;
  • Polished grooming ;
  • Have the ability to work a rotating shift roster.

Please note our Guest Service Agent positions are part time opportunities. A minimum of 22 hours per week is guaranteed, however you will have the opportunity to work extra hours and overtime. Shifts are allocated on a rotating roster across 365 days a year, including early starts, late finishes, weekends and public holidays.
