Context :

Facilities and Workplace Services Team form, part of the Virgin Australia Group Services Division that supports and manages all corporate and operational space planning requirements. This includes construction delivery, design, technology solutions, and facilities management for our entire airline network. As part of this function, the Facilities and Workplace Team ensures the overall performance of all Virgin Australia Group facilities to ensure they meet all safety and regulatory requirements, meet future growth and are managed in a cost effective manner.

Your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) :

The Facilities and Workplace Co-coordinator will need to provide assistance and support across all administrative and project related functions within the Facilities and Workplace Team, and as required, the greater Group Services Team. You will also assist Brookfield (our VA Service Partner); with any Virgin Australia account related enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.  A key part of this role will include office relocation support.  One of the requirements we will need from our successful candidate to have highly effective organisational and communication skills.

This is a part time role (3 days per week) running until appx September 2019

What you’ll need :

  • Year 12 certificate or equivalent ;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administration role ;
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills ;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities ;
  • Flexibility in changing rostered hours/days when projects are live.
