 Get to know the role :

We are now looking for a Project Management Specialist to join the AMO department at Virgin Australia Regional Airlines in Perth. The AMO is responsible for maintenance activities carried out on the Virgin Australia Regional Airline fleet in a safe compliant and cost effective manner.

In this role, you will be managing all AMO related projects. This includes developing and oversighting the AMO change management agenda including the risk and issue registers associated with proposed changes as well as assisting of HOM with administrative duties.

 

It is essential you have :

• At least 5 years continuing airworthiness management activities or simular ;
• Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to the continuing airworthiness of aircraft ;
• Successfully completed a Project Management Course ;
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills with a demonstrated ability to deal with people and their problems effectively ;
• Ability to review and recommend improvements to procedures and systems ;
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills ;
• Strong skillset in using MS Office Applications.
