We are building a small dedicated and entrepreneurial team to become a leading organization with a focus on capacity building and startups in the field of technology. We are ambitious and are looking for a hard working, out-of-the-box thinker and entrepreneurial mindset ready to take ownership and help us to grow the organization. What you will be working on:
- Implementation of Startup ICT programs in Africa
- Drafting proposals for programs in the field of capacity building in digital in Africa
- Fundraising to acquire support from the international donor community
- Representing Ampion at local and international events
What we are looking for:
- We are looking for a self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset, who has initiated or led programs or projects in the past
- At least 2-3 years experience in international development, ideally at a consulting firm or a technology company
- You are a great team worker and are used to working with international collaborators
- You love technology and know the difference between an incubator and an accelerator and a security and a utility token
- You are ideally fluent in German, English and French. Other languages are a plus.
