JOB DESCRIPTION
The Operations Manager is charged with the Operations of the Completions activity within the set geographical area. Part of the role is developing and implementing a comprehensive and effective Operations Structure, within the respect of the standard Company QHSSE Rules. He/she are charged with developing and implementing the required Operational Support capabilities to maintain a high level of Service Quality to the customers. This role is also responsible for the selling of Completion products and growing the business.
These services include but not limited to Lower Completions, Upper Completions, Cased Hole Completions, Well Screens and ESS. He/she are charged with the good comprehension of the Procurement and Logistics, monitoring the performance, operations reporting and planning, training plan for operators and supervisors,
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess at least 10 years relevant customer focussed experience in Completions and or Production, at least 5 years of which should have been in a senior operations role.
