Sitting within the Commercial Marketing function, your focus will be to increase the sophistication, frequency, and automation of flight specials communication through engaging retail marketing campaigns, primarily in the email channel. Though always thinking revenue first, you’ll strike the right balance with customer experience. And while you’re a marketer, you love all things mar-tech and are not afraid to get hands-on with the technology.

 

Key role responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the team and key stakeholders across the business to determine the flight specials marketing activities ;
  • Activate the databases and maintain healthy subscriber engagement ;
  • When delivering campaigns:
    • Source assets and develop creative using Photoshop and emails using Dreamweaver ;
    • Create audiences in Adobe Campaign ;
    • Manage stakeholder review and approvals ;
    • Collaborate on offer design, and fulfilment activities.
  • Following the pilot work, automate and maintain the base flight specials email product ;
  • Initiate technical improvements to flight specials in alignment with the backlog and collaborate with relevant teams for delivery as required ;
  • Manage a framework to evaluate the success of campaigns, individual tests, and the program of work ;
  • Ensure results are socialised with squad and broader team.

 

What we’re looking for :

  • Extensive experience in marketing campaign management in digital and direct channels ;
  • HTML skilled and formal Dreamweaver (or similar) product training ;
  • Hands-on experience delivering and optimising email marketing campaigns and automation ;
  • Experience with combining multiple data sources to determine campaign success and develop optimisations ;
  • Multi-variate test design, delivery, and evaluation ;
  • Confident using Adobe Photoshop to generate assets for use in campaigns ;
  • Understanding of database structures and related technology.
