I- JOB TITLE
Documentation and Production Controller
II- THE ROLE
- Prints committed work packages from Maintenix system for Aircraft Maintenance event preparation and distribute them.
- Collect the completed work packages and prepare the daily report to be submitted to Planning Engineer for any deviation from the schedule.
- Checks all completed routine and non-routine cards for batch No, Maintenance Manual Reference, proper signatures, stamps, recording measurements and readings.
- Prints raised faults of the check and include them to the package of the check as required
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Quality Control Supervisor for package review or audit for the work done.
- Check all routine and non-routine cards performed within a package against the master index (tally sheet) after check.
- Receive the Work Package from ASKY Technical, checks and monitors the work package completeness in Maintenix system in real time.
- Report daily man-hour utilization to the Planning Engineer.
- Get the latest technical manuals and update all computers on the maintenance & Engineering office.
- As ASKY Airlines Brand Ambassador, he/she is responsible to promote and adhere to the Brand Guidelines’
- Performs other related work as assigned by Manager Planning & Engineering.
III- QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree from Electrical/ Mechanical engineering School
