L’UNICEF recrute un Spécialiste de la technologie pour le développement, Nairobi, Kenya

UNICEF works in some of the world’s toughest places, to reach the world’s most disadvantaged children. To save their lives. To defend their rights. To help them fulfill their potential.

Across 190 countries and territories, we work for every child, everywhere, every day, to build a better world for everyone.

And we never give up.

For every child, a connected world.

UNICEF’s Digital Centre of Excellence (DCOE) works with beneficiaries, partners and stakeholders at global, regional and country levels to tailor, implement, track and provide insights on the success of scale up innovation and programmatic initiatives. The DCOE supports the ICTD strategy by addressing current gaps in delivering field focused digital transformation in UNICEF programming, through a dedicated, field facing global structure. The DCOE provides the interface between the field and the Digital HQ, which drives the broader digital transformation/innovation agenda and coordination with HQ Divisions, and the Digital Core that drives efficiency and effectiveness ICT goals. In addition, the DCOE provides unique opportunities to safely explore alternative delivery models that have proven success in other organizations and industries. The DCOE will reinforce UNICEF’s continued support for global partner managed T4D solutions such as DHIS2 and RapidPro; T4D solutions that have not yet transitioned to sustainable deployable, supported and funded models including Primero, HOPE, and Learning Passport; and digital innovation and frontier technologies identified for global field implementation and scaleup, like predictive analytics, blockchain, drones, IoT, and human-centered design methodologies.
