“Launch and Growth: entrepreneurial leadership program for Kenyan women” is a unique program of its kind offered to a select group of emerging women entrepreneurs and experienced Kenyan women. CEOs.
The Foundation Women for Africa, in collaboration with Babson College and Banco Santander, will offer a transformative learning experience and very unique, designed to accelerate the impact. and the success of companies participating entrepreneurs. The program includes intensive one-week residency on the main campus of Babson near Boston, Massachusetts, United States, in addition to e-learning, coaching and mentoring after the program Nairobi. The week of intensive training at Babson College will be held from June 16 to 22
Conditions :
- The program will accept applications from two groups of participants, who must both founders / owners / managing directors / general managers registered companies ;
- The maximum number of participants in this edition will be 14 ;
- All business women living in Kenya, regardless of citizenship are eligible ;
- Selected candidates have a responsibility to be in possession of a valid visa to the United States in June 2019.
Program Objectives
The main objective of “Starting and growing: the women’s program in Kenya Entrepreneurial Leadership Program” is bold: to reconcile career stage and status to create many more opportunities for high potential women entrepreneurs in the country to create economic conditions and social value.
As a new entrepreneur or emerging entrepreneur, you will develop an opportunities-oriented state of mind and an appreciation of how Entrepreneurial Thought and Action ® can apply to your life and your work in various contexts and environments. The program emphasizes learning by doing. The concepts and theories will be quickly applied through a methodology of learning by doing.
This program offers participants the opportunity to become a member of Women Entrepreneurs Network who lived the launch and growth experience and are willing to share their entrepreneurial skills and create new business opportunities.

The winning applicants will receive a travel grant of 845 euros.
