Description
The Red Bull Basement Residency aims to support and endorse visionary projects that bring change to the urban environment by providing a two-month long residency at the Tshimologong Precinct in Johannesburg.
The Red Bull Basement Residency will take place between the 1st of October 2018 and the 30th of November 2018.
The format of the Residency is as follows:
- Time Frame: 2 months;
- 5 projects will be selected to participate
- 6 mentors with different fields of expertise will be available to assist
- Over the course of the residency, there will also be a series of lectures, workshops, and meetups.
Terms & Conditions
- The Residency will go on for 2 months, so if you are not from Gauteng, you need to be available for the whole of October and November for the program.
- Applications are open to the whole country
- Teams need to be available 20 hours a week to work on the project.
- A maximum of 3 people in a team
- If you are not from Gauteng accommodation will be provided for you over the course of the residency
