Dear Prospective bidders,
UNDP Sierra Leone will soon embark into e-tendering module of procurement processes.
A series of webinars for internal users and bidders will be conducted.
Attached is the guidelines which will help you to familiarize with e-tendering procedures.
We hereby inform you that an online training for using the eTendering system for bidders will be conducted via Skype on 22 May 2019, Wednesday, at 12:00 PM Copenhagen time.
All participants can join the training session through the direct Skype link. The session will be conducted in English Language and translation will be available in French.
The use of e-tendering in our procurement process will become mandatory beginning September 2019, it is therefore important for bibbers to participate and register accordingly.
