Accounts Payables’ objective is to process payment documents in a timely, accurate and cost efficient manner in a well-controlled environment. ExxonMobil’s Payable operation gives importance to segregation of duties. Each process step is assigned to an individual position, which is focused on a specific activity.
As a payable analyst intern with Spanish
In our Prague office, you will be helping with processing of invoices from SAP and non-SAP systems
You will :
- Process all the data from electronic images that need to be filled in correctly ;
- Check the invoice compliance with the minimum invoice requirements based on country specifics ;
- Based on the type of document (NPO, PO), you will checck additional data as well (approvals, purchase order, comments and vendor accuracy) ;
- In case any issue is detected and the posting can’t be finished, you will involve more experienced colleagues, other departments or Supervisor according to the type of issue .
Your profile :
- Fluent in English and Spanish ;
- Any combination of experience, education, or training that would provide the level of knowledge and skill required is acceptable ;
- Experience in any kind of financial or administrative work is of added value ;
- Customer service oriented ;
- Collaborative and active listener ;
- Innovative and creative .
