Job Description :The Program Intern will be reporting directly to the Deputy Director of Programs, he or she will be the focal person between the DDP’s office and the program teams in Nyanga, Chipinge, Chiredzi, Chimanimani and Beitbridge.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain an updated record keeping system
- Assist field teams with data entry and systematic filing
- Assist the field teams with processing papers for procurement, payment and reporting.
- Making payments for the program teams on the BVA system
- Make payment requests for approved program purchase requests
- Collection of leave forms and timesheets electronically for approval by the Deputy Director of Programs
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Any other duties as assigned by the DDP and CD.
Qualifications :
Studying towards a Degree or Diploma in Business Studies, Administration or Social Sciences or a recent graduate.
Job Requirements :
- Competent in spoken and written English.
- Appreciation of local languages
- Competent use of MS Office particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
